Our team grew up in Bangkok, but with roots deeply tied to Isaan kitchens.
We cook like how we eat — fiery, funky, and full of heart — using ingredients sourced directly from upcountry villages.

We grew up eating spicy, funky, herb-packed dishes — and built a place that stays true to that.
While others tone it down, we turn it up: real spice, real funk, real clean.
Chef Pin went deep into Isaan villages to learn forgotten recipes.
We taste-tested obsessively in Bangkok until we found that bite —
the one that made us all say:
